2018: A Year to Forget

So, last year didn't work out they way I had planned. Just the one blog post. Boy do I need to work on my followthrough. Typical!!

Maybe I'll try more than one for this year. 2019 seems like a good year, I'll go for two instead of one.

2018 in review:  Gallbladder Surgery; Lot's of Weddings (I'm Wedding Manager now at our Church); Court cases; An EVIL lowlife 89 year old woman; the death of my father (notification a week after he died, due to said Lowlife); Spondylolisthesis and a week in the hospital; no Thanksgiving; 3 weeks in bed; numbness; and finally, the beginning of a new (well renewed) venture. I am now, AGAIN for the 3rd time, a Pampered Chef Consultant.

A lot happened. And I should have blogged about all of it. But, I didn't. So, let's start with this year and a commitment to blogged at least a few times.

I think I'm finally growing up. I used to believe that saying "Everything will work out, don't worry."  I'm starting to realize, we need to MAKE everything work out so we DON'T worry.  Therefore, I have started journaling, I have a habit journal. I'm writing everything down. I'm thinking about goals and straightening out our wreck that is our financial situation (WFS). It's horrid and digging out of the hole will be hard.

Maybe, I'll even blog about that. For now, my goal is this:

  1. Continue with my Habit and Daily Journal AND set up a System and Schedule for our Household Business (HB) and My Pampered Chef Business (PC-B). Knowing full well that the HB needs to be first and the PC-B needs to come second while still helping to resolve our WFS.
Let's see how it turns out.
